Food enzymes production use of health regulations are as follows:

(1) according to good manufacturing technology to produce enzymes, must achieve food grade.

(2) according to the variety of food hygiene standards of microorganism, enzyme preparation and processing of food must not cause increase of total microbe.

(3) enzyme preparation processing of food must be increased to, or harm health magazine.
